Waterproof Cell Phone Case

How many time have you brought your cell phone on board a boat, and then looked at it an it was wet. Not a good thing, the good news about whale watching is you are around the ocean. Bad news about whale watching, you are by the ocean and it is wet. We love our electronic things, cell phone, digital camera, video camera, car keys (with car alarm) all do very poorly when wet. So here are a few products that we tested and they are a stated, waterproof and sand proof.

They are really cool, and I found them reassuring as far as know if they even fell overboard they would be safe. I found that the mfg said you can use it in the bag, that signal and sound goes through the bag, but this would be if you really need it, most the time I find it a little hard to hear on my phone anyway, and now put a fairly thick plastic sheet over it, and I lost even more sound, BUT it was dry. I would recommend this to anyone going on or even sitting near the ocean!
